Award Winners

Each year, top manufacturers from each State who produce energy efficient "Super Good Cents" (SGC) homes, and top retailers who sell SGC homes, are recongized by the Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured Homes Program (NEEM) at the regions premier home show.



Oregon manufactured home producers received achievement awards for producing certified energy-efficient manufactured homes. The awards were presented at the 2004 Manufactured Home Show held March 2-7 at the Oregon State Fairgrounds.

The awards were given to the top manufacturers of energy-efficient homes, which are certified by four Northwest state energy offices including the Oregon Department of Energy through the Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured Housing Program (NEEM).

The manufacturers that won 2004 achievement awards for Oregon include:

  • Most Energy Efficient Homes Produced in Oregon: Marlette Home (Hermiston)
  • Highest Percentage of Energy Efficient Homes Produced in Oregon: Fuqua Homes Inc. (Bend)
  • Top sales of Energy Efficient Manufactured Homes:
    • Gold Award: Palm Harbor Village (Millersburg)
    • Silver Award: Hermiston Home Center (Hermiston)
    • Bronze Award: High Mountain Homes (Bend)
